That’s right – say goodbye to Anousone, your go-to spot for Southeast Asian flavors, and Panacea, the New American Bistro that had everyone raving!

Originally, the concept for Strang Chef Collective emerged before the world changed. With the rise of hybrid work weeks and flex schedules, foot traffic in downtown areas has seen a significant decline, making it difficult for the business to keep afloat even with their best efforts.

While the downtown location is shutting its doors, both Strang Hall in Downtown Overland Park and the Strang Chef Collective on the Plaza will continue to thrill your taste buds. Plus, if you’re a fan of Anousone, you can still find it at Strang Hall in Overland Park. So fear not, food lovers! There are still delicious culinary adventures awaiting you.
