OpenStore, which is known as the largest operator of businesses on Shopify, is expanding its operations with a massive 113,000-square-foot facility located at the Executive Park Logistics Center. This new site, developed by MDC Inc., is just south of the Missouri River and represents a significant $5 million investment into our local economy. How amazing is that?

OpenStore’s expansion comes with the support of state incentives through the Missouri Works program, which aims to facilitate facility expansion and create jobs in our lovely state. Meanwhile, the Executive Park Logistics Center itself is quite the sight; it has developed 396,641 square feet across 74 of its planned 130 acres and currently houses three tenants.
