Get Ready for Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 World Tour in Kansas City This October!

Get Ready, Kansas City! Nicki Minaj is Coming to Town

Hey there, Kansas City! Mark your calendars because this coming Tuesday, October 1st, we’re rolling out the pink carpet for none other than Nicki Minaj as she makes her big debut at the T-Mobile Center! As part of her highly anticipated Pink Friday 2 World Tour, also known as the Gag City World Tour, the “Queen of Rap” will be electrifying the stage for the very first time in our lovely city.

Concert Details

Nicky’s show starts at 10 PM, but don’t forget, the fun kicks off earlier with some amazing opening acts! Things get groovy at 9 PM with DJ Skillibeng, followed by rapper Bia a tad later at 9:15 PM, and Tyga will hit the stage at 9:35 PM. If you’re planning to attend, make sure to arrive early! Doors open at 7 PM for Founders Club members and guests with premium plus tickets, while others can start entering around 7:30 PM.

If you’re a T-Mobile customer and have the Club Magenta pass, you can get in a little earlier at 7:15 PM. What a perk! For those with standard VIP or general admission tickets, the best bet is to line up by 11 AM on Friday to ensure a good spot.

Ticket Information

Got your tickets yet? If not, there are still some available on Ticketmaster, with prices starting at just $34.50 for upper section seats. Want to get up close to all the action? Floor seats are priced at $358.50! If you’re checking other resale sites, you can find some tickets as low as $52 before fees on SeatGeek.

What to Expect

With an artist as dynamic as Nicki Minaj, it’s hard to predict what she’ll perform! For those wondering, the tour promoter shared a possible setlist that fans globally have been buzzing about. Whether you’re a die-hard Barb or just enjoy belting out hits like “Super Bass” or “Anaconda,” there’s no shortage of exciting moments expected on Tuesday night.

Venue Guidelines

Quick tip for concertgoers: T-Mobile Center has a few rules to ensure everyone has a great time. There’s no clear bag policy, but the venue does recommend that you pack light. Your bag shouldn’t be bigger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. And while you’re getting ready, check your pockets! Items like artificial noisemakers, certain cameras, outside food, weapons, and selfie sticks are not permitted.

Getting There

As for parking, the downtown area offers plenty of options! T-Mobile Center has on-site parking at the red lot on 12th and Oak and the yellow lot on 13th Street and Grand Boulevard. Make sure to purchase parking passes in advance because it could save you some hassle! These on-site lots cost $20 before online fees, and they open up three hours before the concert starts. Desperate for parking? Don’t worry — there are over 40,000 spaces in the downtown area!

Even though the KC Streetcar is temporarily out of service, you can still catch the “Streetcar Link” buses that run every 12-15 minutes. This is a convenient way to reach T-Mobile Center with the nearest stop being at 14th and Main St.

Drop-Off Points

If your pals are giving you a ride, they’ll want to drop you off as close to the entrance at 13th and Oak as possible. Keep in mind that Grand Boulevard and Oak Street will be blocked off for the concert — so easy communication with your driver will make everything easier when it comes time to pick you up after the show.

Excited yet? We sure are! Get ready for a night full of music, fun, and, of course, a celebration of all things Nicki Minaj. See you out there, Kansas City! 🎤💖
