Thus, the idea for Northeast Pizza was born.

To bring this vision to life, Quillec has partnered with friends Michael DeStefano and Max Popoff. Max, known for being the creative force behind the popular music venue Farewell near Arrowhead Stadium, is overseeing the build-out of Northeast Pizza. Meanwhile, Michael DeStefano brings a wealth of culinary knowledge as the executive chef at Verbena and is skilled in diverse culinary experiences gained from working in various restaurants across Washington, D.C., and Chicago. With a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and a hospitality management degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, DeStefano’s expertise is sure to elevate the pizza experience!

New Operating Hours

As eager pizza lovers await the opening, it’s good to know the initial operating hours. From Wednesday to Friday, Northeast Pizza will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and on weekends, they’ll serve up slices from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m..
