Suspect Arrested After Deadly Kansas Stabbing

Wyandotte County

Law enforcement authorities are investigating a homicide that left one person deceased. Just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to a report of a disturbance in the 2000 block of N. 57th Terrace, according to a media release. First responders located a man who had apparent stab wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Due to the collaboration and vigilance of the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department and the Kansas City, Kansas Sheriff’s Department, a male suspect was taken into custody shortly after the stabbing without incident. This incident is under investigation by the KCKPD Major Case Unit.
