A broken down vehicle on northbound I-35 in Kansas City was reported affecting a section from 27th Street/Exit 1B to Southwest Boulevard/Pennway Street/Exit 1C. The alert went out at 7:03 p.m. on Saturday, with updates showing the situation at 7:16 p.m.
In Merriam, another broken down vehicle on eastbound I-35 was reported between 75th Street/Exit 227 and 67th Street/Exit 228, creating delays in a 510 feet stretch. The initial alert was issued at 3:05 p.m. and updated by 3:41 p.m..
Moving along to Gardner, a similar issue was noted on eastbound I-35 affecting a 590 feet area between US-56/175th Street/Exit 210 and Lone Elm Road. This one was reported at 2:25 p.m. and was last updated at 3:01 p.m..
In Olathe, there were reports of two different broken down vehicles on eastbound I-35.
