Now, if broken-down vehicles are more your concern, we have a few updates for you. On northbound I-35, a vehicle broke down between I-670/Broadway Boulevard/Exit 2 and 12th Street/Exit 2, affecting a stretch of 630 feet. This was reported on Saturday at 4:07 p.m., with updates at 4:22 p.m..
Also, on northbound I-435, there’s another broken vehicle between Donahoo Road/Exit 16 and K-5/Exit 18 impacting 510 feet of traffic. This incident was reported early Sunday at 12:02 a.m., with the latest update provided at 12:47 a.m..
It seems like I-435 has been quite busy lately! There were several reports of broken-down vehicles on both sides of the highway, all causing some minor delays:
Beyond vehicle breakdowns, we also had a crash reported on southbound I-435 between Raytown Road/Exit 63 and Eastwood Trafficway/Exit 65. This incident is affecting a whopping 0.76 miles of traffic as of 4:48 p.m. on Saturday.
If you find yourself driving through the area, another crash was reported on I-670 between Broadway Boulevard/Central Street/Exit 2R-2South to Locust Street/Truman Road/Exit 2Q (WB), impacting a short stretch of 190 feet.
And let’s not forget about road closures! Currently, there’s a closure at West 12th Street and I-670 West, affecting 480 feet. This has been ongoing since Monday at 2:49 p.m..
