To the east of the planned retail site, Ryan Cos. is currently constructing a large 413-apartment complex dubbed The OsLo. Meanwhile, at the southwest corner of 135th Street and Quivira Road, Q135 Development LLC has plans for nearly 700 apartments. Additionally, a new 950-square-foot building for the Texas-based shaved ice chain Bahama Buck’s is set to rise near the northwest corner of 135th Street and Nieman Road.
