Early Voting Locations in Missouri
For those of you in the heart of Kansas City, early voting is a bit *limited*. As of now, the only spot open for early voting is the election board office. This location has set its hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., so make sure to pop in before the clock runs out! If you’re in Jackson County, there are two places available where you can cast your vote: the Absentee Office in Independence and the Fleming Meeting Hall in Blue Springs. Remember, both locations are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. So, hustle on over if you’re in the area!
Clay County Voters
Now, if you reside in Clay County, you’ll have to head over to the election board office as well, which operates on the same schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. It’s essential to make sure your voice contributes to the upcoming election, so don’t miss out!
Platte County and Johnson County Access
For our neighbors in Platte County, you also have only one voting option, which is at the Platte County Election Office in Platte City, with voting hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Make sure you take advantage of this last chance!
Now, switching gears to Johnson County, Kansas, it’s a little happier! They have not one, not two, but *three* early voting locations available. You can find them at the Arts and Heritage Center in Overland Park, the Hilltop Conference Center (also in Overland Park), and the Johnson County Election Office in Olathe. All these spots are open to you from 8 a.m. to noon. So if you’re in that neck of the woods, make sure to squeeze in some voting before lunch!
